As longer term business travelers, we loved the friendly staff who provided excellent service. The cottages were beautiful and spacious, with a comfortable bed and stunning outdoor bathroom. The location in a small village allowed us to explore both the western and eastern parts of the island easily. The hotel offered tours and arranged a half-day trip to Kelingking beach for us, which we really appreciated. The staff went above and beyond by taking amazing photos for us during our visit to Kelingking beach. The breakfast options were great, and we could choose to have it delivered to our cottage or enjoy it by the pool. We were even loaned cash when ATM's on the island weren't working.

The outdoor bathroom gave a unique and tropical feel, although it attracted mosquitos. It was great to have breakfast provided at the hotel, but it would have been better if they also served lunch and dinner.

The location of the cottage was also ideal, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. One highlight of our stay was the organized trip around the island, where we had the best guide who truly understood what we wanted to see. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the floating presentation in the pool. we felt right at home during our time at Kompyang Cottage and would highly recommend it.
