Spent Xmas at a hotel in the heart of the old town, where we discovered an array of delicious food options just a 5-minute walk away. the atmosphere of the hotel was warm and cozy, with great decor and lockers for convenience. Amazing food and original beverages served at the restaurant were a highlight.

Despite being newly renovated, staff lacked professionalism and did not prioritize hygiene. Bedding had stains on arrival, and changing the sheets wasn't an option for me after just having taken a bath.

I had a fantastic stay at Kotta Hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the charming old town. The hotel had a cozy atmosphere and the decor was stylish. The restaurant served amazing food and unique drinks. The staff was always polite and helpful. Despite a minor issue with a leaking ceiling, they quickly resolved it by offering us another room. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, location, and excellent service.
