I had a great stay at this hotel in a quiet neighborhood, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff, especially Olatz and Francisco, were incredibly friendly and professional, making our stay special.

Food for breakfast could be improved with some variety.

The breakfast experience was disappointing. the staff did not replenish the food in a timely manner and there were no clean plates available at times.

We had a great weekend stay in this hotel. the complementary WiFi and breakfast were a nice touch. the location was perfect, close to multiple metro stations and within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. the staff was also friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable.

The room was rather small and lacked some amenities, such as a gym or bar. the lighting in the hallways was not great for doing hair or makeup.

I recently stayed at a hotel called Zenit and I must say it was one of the better places I've stayed at for the price. The room facilities were good and the location was convenient. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and I appreciated the easy late check-in and check-out process. The hotel had a nice, modern design and there was a digital info point in the reception area where you could even buy tickets for tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke English well. a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well prepared and up to date. The Wi-Fi connection was quite fast, which was a relief for me as a Korean visitor. The location was perfect, as it was close to public transportation and within walking distance of the main attractions. I could easily catch the metro from the nearby station to explore the city. Additionally, there were big and small markets nearby, making it convenient for any groceries I needed. The staff went above and beyond by offering me a suite room when one of my booked rooms was not yet cleaned. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona for 5 nights and had a great experience. The staff at Zenit was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. They even gave us a heater when we had an issue with the heating in our room and offered to change our room. The hotel itself was very clean and the gadgets provided were well-prepared. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and I was even offered a suite room while waiting for my other room to be cleaned. Additionally, there were both large and small markets nearby, making it convenient for any needs. The overall experience was positive, and I appreciate the attention to detail and the professional staff.

Great location, friendly staff who speak perfect English. The rooms are comfortable with a kettle and mini bar. Breakfast is well stocked with a variety of food options. The hotel promptly addressed any issues, like the heating and showerhead. I would recommend this hotel.

This place is in a nice neighborhood with the Metro about 3 blocks away, making it easy to get around. The staff here does a great job in customer service and are very friendly. The rooms are clean and have all the necessities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. this hotel provides enhanced comfort and quality services.
