The hotel had a great location in the heart of the city and it was easy to reach the beach, shops and restaurants. the service was good and the staff was friendly, always ready to help. the room was equipped with all necessary amenities, including a flat screen TV, air conditioning and nice bedding.

The pool area was always crowded and noisy, which made relaxing difficult. our experience was not as relaxing as we hoped for, due to the overcrowded pool area and unreliable Wi-Fi.

our stay at kuta seaview was incredible - a true oasis amidst the bustling streets. the location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and shopping areas. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was a refreshing escape. the beautiful gardens added to the peaceful atmosphere.

During our stay in Bali, my friends and I had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling main road and surrounded by a variety of restaurants. Although we couldn't see the sea from the hotel, we enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the regular defogging program. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was lovely, especially the relaxing bath. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options. The hotel had a pool, and there were friendly staff members who provided towels. We also appreciated the opportunity for a free massage. our experience at this hotel was wonderful.

That the hotel wifi was a bit expensive, but luckily there was free wifi available at the supermarket next door.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with a beach nearby and a shopping center just 100m away. The hotel also has its own restaurant, which is a great convenience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was amazing. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist in any situation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

Felt like home, no complaints at all.

The amenities at this hotel are truly luxurious, with a serene and elegant atmosphere. The Spa and wellness centre offered a full body massage that completely relaxed us, while the swimming pool and sun terrace gave us great views of the garden area. The restaurant serves Halal food, and the Bar/Lounge area is perfect for a drink. The location is perfect, just a short walk from various local attractions.

The live entertainment was not up to par, and the noise level could occasionally be a minor issue. however, this hotel fulfilled all of our exclusive needs and was a great experience.
