The location was convenient and situated on the main road. The bungalows were clean and had amenities like a TV, WIFI, fridge, and microwave. The fireplace inside the bungalows was a great addition. The view from the room was idyllic.

Puncak Pass Resort is located in a prime location close to many good restaurants, making it convenient for solo travelers to explore the local dining scene. The resort is also surrounded by breathtaking nature, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the beautiful landscapes. The rooms, like the Amarylis type, offer comfort and cleanliness, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff provide excellent service, with polite and helpful attitudes. The breakfast menu is fairly adequate, and guests can enjoy the spectacular views from the restaurant while savoring delicious Dutch specialties such as their outstanding bread.

One aspect that could be improved is the cleanliness standard, which falls below that of similar hotels in more urban areas.

As adventure travelers, we absolutely loved the strategic location of the resort on the top of the mountain. The cool surroundings and greenery made us feel immersed in nature, creating a perfect atmosphere for our adventurous spirit.

Felt like VIPs, no complaints at all.

A Great Traditional Concept

I was hesitant at first because the hotel looked old and spooky, but I had a meeting there and was pleasantly surprised. The meeting room, though old, was clean. The staff was friendly, well-mannered, and educated. Their pizza was absolutely delicious and had a traditional taste. While the dining rooms were old and dirty, the overall concept was good. I suggest they do a big renovation to make it traditional in a more modern and cleaner way. Despite its flaws, I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a perfect place with fresh air to breathe in a very nice district. The staff here is really friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean, and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was tasty and the restaurant staff were nice and welcoming. We also enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and scenery here.

I would recommend this hotel to friends.

The view from the room was great and the breakfast was good too. the staff was friendly to help us navigate around the area and we appreciate the free shuttle to the tourist spots.

We didn't have a good experience with the cleanliness of the room and the facilities. the towels had stains on them and the shower was clogged, making it difficult to use.
