As youngsters, we loved the spacious rooms and the charming colonial-style furniture. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large bathrooms added a touch of luxury. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to attractions like the submarine museum and local market street. The food at the restaurant was excellent, offering a wide range of Asian and Western options. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. we enjoyed the ambience, peace, and quiet in the courtyard garden, providing a welcome retreat from the bustling city.

The architecture and historical ambiance felt like stepping into a movie set from the 1930s. The gardens were lovely and the food was excellent, bringing a smile to our tired faces after a long day. The staff, especially Ms. Intan, were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We loved the convenient location and enjoyed exploring the nearby Tunjungan Plaza Mall. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as mosquitoes and a small issue during check-in, our overall experience was wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel for a charming and luxurious stay with a touch of history.

The food was good and the location was great for business. They offered free Wi-Fi and airport shuttle which was really convenient for my trip. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also nice to have a gym to use during my stay.

Our stay at this luxury hotel was absolutely fantastic. The exclusive amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool, the sauna and the Jacuzzi were perfect for a relaxing vacation. The Spa Centre offered amazing spa treatments, including full body massages, manicure and pedicure, all of which were exceptional. The beauty treatments were superb and left us feeling completely rejuvenated. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing an outstanding service that exceeded our expectations.
