I stayed at this hotel on a low budget and it was mind-blowing! The staff was super attentive and nice, and the breakfast was jaw-droppingly delicious - all you can eat and top-notch quality. The heating worked like a charm, keeping the room warm and cozy. The cleanliness was wow-worthy, with fresh towels provided daily. The location was great, close to all the sights we wanted to explore. The reception staff was incredibly helpful, and the value for money was excellent. a super experience!

During my stay at Hotel Bristol, I encountered an unexpected situation that truly impressed me. One morning, I witnessed a commotion outside the hotel involving a group of individuals. As a concerned guest, I stepped onto my balcony to observe the situation. To my surprise, a white stool was kicked down the road, landing right in front of my window. Although this incident could have been unsettling, I appreciated how the hotel promptly addressed the situation. They wrongly received information that a night table was thrown from my room, but they quickly realized their mistake. Despite the confusion, the hotel staff handled the matter with professionalism and understanding. The fact that they took the time to investigate and rectify the misunderstanding showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction.

the location couldn't have been better, as it was just a few meters away from the central station and all public transport connections. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We especially appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival and the friendly service throughout our stay. the hotel was dog-friendly and had parking options nearby. We would definitely recommend Bristol for a short stay in a convenient and welcoming location.

Conveniently located near the train station, the Hotel Bristol in Luxembourg provided us with a superbly located base to explore the city. The room we stayed in was spacious enough for me and my belongings, and it was impressively quiet and clean. We especially appreciated being able to adjust the heating ourselves. The staff, particularly Alfredo and Yulia, were friendly and offered helpful recommendations for sightseeing. Although we didn't have the chance to visit the neighboring bar and bistro, we were intrigued by their offerings. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfortable rooms.
