I had an incredibly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with well-maintained grounds and spotless rooms. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including a beautiful pool area and a sustainable Eco village that was fascinating to explore. The staff, led by the extremely professional Dewa and his team, provided top-notch service and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The Lotus restaurant, under the guidance of Hedra and his staff, offered a truly delicious dining experience. The beachfront location was perfect, allowing me to easily access beach volleyball and enjoy breathtaking views. And lastly, the breakfast provided was absolutely fantastic.

We loved the variety of restaurants at Melia and the food quality was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by the luxury bath towels provided in our room. Despite some minor issues, overall we had a great experience. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Our recent stay at Melia was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed the all inclusive package and the food and drinks were outstanding. The service from the staff was exceptional, they were always friendly and helpful. We especially loved the relaxing pools and the beautiful beach. highly recommend this hotel!

We absolutely love this amazing resort with the beautiful gardens, clean beaches and access to water sports right on the waterfront. We especially love Camdra @ Sateria Beachside restaurant in the afternoon, the perfect place to relax and soak up the beautiful Bali sun. The staff are incredible, providing fantastic service and delicious breakfasts every morning. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with immaculate bathrooms and stunning views of the tropical paradise. We also love the stunning pool and great facilities for kids.

The issue with reserving lounge chairs by the pool does cause some inconvenience.

We stayed at a wonderful resort in Bali that offered an all-inclusive option. It was a great value for money, especially when traveling with kids, as we didn't have to worry about prices. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to use all facilities even after check-out. The kids loved the kids club and dining with their friends, giving us a chance to enjoy meals without them. The variety of food was excellent, with options for both elegant dinners and casual beachside meals. The location was also convenient, with a beach promenade and a short walk to the nearby open-air mall.

I recently stayed at Melia in Bali for 8 days and it was an incredible experience. The Level access for adults with a private pool and cabanas, as well as the concierge service, made us feel pampered. The grounds were beautiful with landscaped gardens and ponds. The staff were exceptional, always welcoming and professional. The rooms were comfortable and the food, especially the paella at Sorrento, was delicious. The resort went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you to all the staff!

The pool was amazing for our kids, with plenty of activities and a relaxed, child-friendly atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the food was wonderful. The well-managed garden and nearby Bali Collection shopping mall were also big pluses.

Beautiful green territory with a big swimming pool and a clean beach. Offers leisure activities like morning yoga and bike riding along the coastline.

This hotel offers luxury and exclusive amenities that cater to all your needs. the staff is professional and polite, making the check-in process smooth and effortless. the outdoor swimming pool is beautiful and the beach access is just a few steps away. In-room breakfast is a great option to enjoy a peaceful and private start to your day, while the poolside snack bar and beach bar offer delicious food and beverages throughout the day. the location in Nusa Dua is great for exploring the nearby restaurants and attractions.

The Spa & wellness center could be improved, as some of the treatment rooms feel dated and in need of renovation. the massages, however, are fantastic and provide the perfect relaxation experience.

Christmas was amazing here! Complimentary gingerbread cookies and hot drinks were provided to guests in the cozy lobby. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. the beach was beautiful and had plenty of activities for guests of all ages. We particularly enjoyed the beach volleyball court and complimentary water sports.

The food and drinks were very expensive and not very impressive. We found ourselves eating outside of the hotel most of the time.

We absolutely loved our stay at the resort! The ground floor room with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool was perfect for us as a couple. The resort's four restaurants - Japanese, Chinese, international, and Spanish - offered a diverse and delicious dining experience. We particularly enjoyed having our meals near the beach. A must-visit during our stay was the Bali Collection Markets, which were just a 5-minute walk away. The variety of restaurants and shops there was fantastic!

our second stay in nusa dua exceeded expectations with a lovely walk in the evening. melia's beautiful grounds, amazing breakfast buffet, and convenient location to shops and beach restaurants made for a perfect getaway. highly recommend!
