We loved the pool and the comfortable beds. the room was clean and beautifully designed. Looking forward to our next visit in Melbourne.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with a mounted TV on the wall, making it comfortable to watch from bed. Bathroom and amenities were amazing, and the separate toilets provided better hygiene. The pool area was great, with warm water and friendly staff. The gym, steam room, and spa were clean and spacious.

This hotel has a great location, close to shops and other food places in the food court. It's also close to everything that Crown has to offer, making it easy to enjoy all that we come to this city for. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious with nice views.

The curtains on the windows were not operating properly, but overall a great stay.

We had a fantastic experience at Crown Metropol. the room was great and the service was exceptional. We couldn't use our breakfast vouchers due to my husband's illness, but the in-room dining service was amazing. the indoor heated pool was one of the highlights, especially at night with the city lights. the hotel's location is unbeatable, right across from Crown Casino and other popular attractions. the hotel was clean, modern, and provided a wonderful experience.
