Our stay at Grand Mercure was absolutely fantastic! The hotel staff ensured we had a warm and welcoming check-in experience, making us feel valued as guests. The spacious and clean room provided us with the perfect space to relax and unwind. The highlight of our stay was the warm swimming pool, which was a delight for both kids and adults. The breakfast spread offered a variety of delicious food options to satisfy every palate. We were grateful for the friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Widdi, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful holiday experience.

Had a fantastic experience with my family for 3D2N. Super friendly staff who were always helpful. Enjoyed the heated pool which had a lovely twinkling light feature at night. Breakfast was great with a delicious selection of fresh fruits and amazing pancakes.

Smooth check-in, room with balcony facing pool, kids enjoyed swimming, well-equipped gym, lush green garden for photoshoots. Always our go-to for comfortable rooms and pool. Calming lighting throughout, friendly and speedy service. Open windows for fresh air. Takeaway breakfast option appreciated.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience for the discerning traveler. The exclusive amenities were top-notch and catered to our every need. The service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was a relaxing retreat. The outdoor swimming pool had sun loungers and a sun terrace, perfect for basking in the warm sun of the garden area. The leisure/ TV room was a great place to unwind after a long day. The restaurant had fantastic cuisine, and the bar/ lounge area was the perfect place for a nightcap.

Although the pool-view room provided a beautiful view, it was noisy on the weekends due to the crowded pool. The room's lighting was slightly dim, but this did not detract from the overall experience.

The swimming pool at the hotel was great for my kids. The LED lights at the bottom of the pool made it even more fantastic. Perfect for families with young children.

Felt really safe and didn't have any complaints during our stay.
