Lovely and cosy place. When I first saw the pictures, I thought they were too good to be true. But when I arrived, I was amazed to find that the place was exactly as beautiful as in the photos, and even better. The room was stylish, cosy, and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed and warm room made my stay very enjoyable. The breakfast with fresh bread, fruit salad, and a variety of jams was a delightful start to the day. I also appreciated the tea and cookies available in the hall whenever I wanted. The location of the place, just a 5-minute walk to the Opera, was perfect. Even though the elevator was out of order temporarily, it didn't cause me any trouble. Plus, the detailed instructions with pictures provided by the staff made it easy for me to find the place and deal with the code systems. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this lovely and cosy place for a great stay in Paris.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a touch of elegance and charm. The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet side street but still within easy reach of all the attractions and amenities of the city.

We had a fantastic romantic escape! The room was beautifully designed and trendy, making us feel like we were in a deluxe guesthouse. The location was key - steps away from famous attractions and surrounded by quaint cafes. We also loved the delicious breakfast included, with freshly squeezed orange juice and a variety of pastries. It was a perfect start to our days in the city of love.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better - it was right in the middle of everything, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. the room was also very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. I especially liked the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch.

Although my stay was wonderful overall, I did notice that the room could have used more lighting. It was a bit too dim for my preference, especially when trying to get ready in the morning.

1Er Etage Opera was a fantastic place to stay. the room was well-designed and the facilities were great. the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job of keeping the room clean and replenishing towels daily. the continental breakfast was delicious and conveniently packed for us to take on our early train rides. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the main tourist destinations and shopping centers nearby. we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
