The fantastic sea view and convenient buggy rides make our stay enjoyable. Hendrik, a helpful staff member, ensured our comfort throughout. Constant checking by the staff was appreciated. The private pool in our villa was a highlight, and the breakfast with its wide range of food and espresso shots was great. The staff members, including Ria, Asep, Henri, and Rahman. Staying in a three-story villa with an in-house pool and spacious outdoor space overlooking the sea was a treat.

As a business traveler, I really enjoyed the range of activities offered at Montigo Resorts Nongsa. The air gun shooting, archery, and karaoke session provided a great way to unwind after a long day. The rooftop open yard was a standout feature, perfect for hosting events or simply enjoying the sunset. The staff, especially Ms Angela at the reception and Mr Sunandar at the cafe, provided excellent service and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The clean and well-appointed rooms, including the master bedroom and kids' room, ensured a comfortable and restful sleep.

During my recent stay at Montigo Resorts Nongsa, I experienced a relaxing and enjoyable time. The private infinity pool was a highlight, allowing me to unwind and soak up the sun. The view of the Singapore skyline, especially Marina Bay, was breathtaking. The spa at the resort was also top-notch, providing a rejuvenating experience. The Tiigo Beach Club was a great spot to relax and enjoy a refreshing fruit mocktail. The friendly and accommodating staff made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Special mention to VIVI for her exceptional service and always wearing a smile. The surprises provided by the staff, such as arranging a serenade and a special cake for our anniversary, made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Montigo Resorts Nongsa for a fantastic getaway.

Another aspect that could be improved is the availability of transport services, especially considering the number of guests staying at the resort. It would be beneficial to provide more transportation options to nearby attractions.

We loved the amazing view from our villa at the Hill Top Villa. The beds were super comfortable and the toilets were modern and clean. The staff, especially Keith, provided exceptional hospitality and went above and beyond to take care of us. The private pool was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The resort had plenty of activities for young children, such as a kids club, and the menu had options for everyone.

I recently stayed at a resort in Batam and had a wonderful time. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was convenient, with several malls nearby where we enjoyed shopping and dining at various restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. We especially loved the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options.

That the shuttle bus service to the nearby mall was not very reliable, as mentioned by some other guests in their reviews.

We had a lovely romantic escape and enjoyed the amazing view from our villa. the staff was incredibly courteous and friendly, and they made sure all of our requests were fulfilled. We also appreciated the pampering spa treatments and the complementary bottle of wine and chocolates upon arrival. the location was perfect for a romantic getaway, as it was peaceful and far away from the noise and hustle of the city.

The mosquito situation was quite annoying, and it would have been great to have the option of mosquito nets in the bedroom. the noise from the ceiling fan was also bothersome, and the bathroom had some staining that made it less attractive.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including Chinese and Indonesian dishes. The staff were polite and friendly, providing helpful service. The villa had a beautiful view of the sea and a spacious, clean design. The private pool was larger than expected. The Montigo ferry offered a less crowded and efficient immigration process.

We had such a luxurious experience at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were amazing, especially the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool with a breathtaking poolside snack bar. the beach access was really convenient and the massage service was top-notch. the staff were so attentive to our needs and the restaurant served delicious breakfast.

The only minor issue we encountered was the BBQ facilities in our room. Although the food was great, we found that the equipment wasn't functioning properly and needed some maintenance.
