As a budget traveler, I was impressed with Naia's sustainable practices and amenities. The jug filled with water and refillable bottles were a great alternative to plastic bottles. The staff's friendliness and knowledge about Kuta and Lombok made my stay even better. The clean rooms, refreshing pool, and cozy sitting area added to the pleasant ambiance. Additionally, the location on the main street of Kuta was convenient for exploring restaurants and cafés.

The hotel had a minimalist interior design, which was appealing to me. the staff was really nice and helpful when I needed to book some tours in the area. Its location was quite convenient, as it was on the main street near many restaurants and shops. the breakfast was quite tasty and it was a nice way to start my day.

My experience wasn't great. When I arrived, my room wasn't ready, even though I had previously communicated that I would be arriving early.
