Perfectly located for our PRIDE activities! Close to city hall, we could easily walk there. Modern room with sleek clean lines, fabulous bed, and super comfy sofa. Great city view. Attentive and helpful staff. Valet parking was a breeze. The complimentary shuttle was perfect for getting around downtown. The front desk surprised our 3-year-old with a delicious chocolate cake and a birthday card signed by all of them. Accommodating, professional, and friendly staff. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Hyatt Regency Houston for transit during my travel and found the hotel to be conveniently located, with links to the public transport system just 1 minute's walk away. the hotel's proximity to William P. Hobby Airport at 20 km made it a convenient choice for a quick stopover.

The dog relief area on the sixth floor is tiny, barely a strip of astroturf. This may not be ideal for guests traveling with pets, as the space was limited.

The room was in good condition and very clean. the staff was kind and friendly. the hotel bar had reasonable prices and was a nice place to relax. the top floor had a rotating feature that provided a stunning panoramic view of the city. the location was central and convenient for exploring all the attractions in the area.

The parking situation was not ideal. the parking garage was expensive at $20 per day, and it could add up quickly if you needed to use your car frequently.

As a one-night stop before our flight, we were impressed by the Hyatt Regency. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, always finding a way to accommodate our requests. The view from our room was amazing, and the lower level staff were incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. The hotel itself was well-appointed, and the Spindletop restaurant provided a perfect atmosphere with exceptional food and friendly staff.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the room provided a peaceful environment, allowing me to unwind and relax. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to various bus lines and the tram. I particularly appreciated the convenience of Busstop 102, which conveniently took me to the international airport for a low fare. Furthermore, the hotel offered a spacious gym in the basement, equipped with a variety of exercise equipment.

What a beautiful establishment. We stayed here after our wedding!! The fact that someone upgraded our room because of our wedding was AMAZING!! The helicopter dropped us off to the limo late, so we did not even arrive until almost midnight, the check-in process was easy and the lady was really nice. OH, WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE ROSES AND THE WAY THE ROOM WAS SET UP FOR US!! KUDDOS!!

This hotel is an amazing find! The location is perfect, close to many downtown Houston attractions and businesses, and near the parade. Rooms are comfortable with nice mattresses and a king bed with a view that can't be beat. Basic amenities are available and the prices are great, especially when breakfast is included.

The bar and restaurant area were great, offering a variety of options for dining and happy hour. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.
