Room was nice, enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym. Luggage storage could be better.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access to public transport just a minute's walk away and a fantastic rooftop pool that added to the relaxing atmosphere of my stay.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The air conditioning in my room was inadequate, causing discomfort during the night despite attempts to fix it. Additionally, I found the TV signal consistently glitchy, which was frustrating, and the weak WiFi signal compounded my difficulties. Overall, it felt like the hotel could use some improvements on several fronts.

My room's temperature was temperamental, and I could hear sirens when the wind blew just right. Guess I'm not a fan of the hotel's surprise sound effects!

Utilize the hotel's shuttle service for quick access to nearby attractions like Minute Maid Park, especially after a long travel day.

Had a grand stay! The pool is a mighty place to chill, perfect for the scorching days. But, sure, the valet took ages to bring our car, nearly an hour. Altogether, a lovely experience overall!

The sky high elevators were mesmerizing like something out of a dream. One night while enjoying a drink at the fully stocked bar I found my favorite whiskey which was a nice surprise. Also the staff really made it a point to be friendly and welcoming it felt like they cared.

I enjoyed a delightful breakfast buffet and a breathtaking view from my high-floor room. The rooftop pool is a hidden gem, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Rooms were clean, but the dining options were a bit pricey for what you got. The staff were super attentive and made our stay quite memorable. Chur for that!
