I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff, especially Ms. Aisah, were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome. The Friday dinner buffet was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable price, considering the level of comfort and service I received. The breakfast spread was also fantastic and provided a great start to my day.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

During our stay at Mercure, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and upgraded room that we received. It was truly amazing, with a big TV and plenty of room for our family. The front office staff also went above and beyond by surprising us with a cake platter in the evening. Additionally, the free breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and highly recommended for a satisfying start to the day. we had a great experience and would recommend Mercure to others.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was very close to the restaurant and other amenities. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice layout and cozy bed. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of menu options. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a mosque for our prayers.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary welcome drink and snack offered upon arrival, as well as the free Wi-Fi that was available throughout the property. the hotel was conveniently located near several tourist attractions and shopping centers, making it easy for us to explore the area. the bed was comfortable and allowed for a good night's sleep.

We also noticed that the staff seemed uninterested in providing good service and were not very friendly. the room we stayed in was not very clean, with visible dust on the furniture and a bathroom that could have used a deep cleaning.
