This hotel, Novotel, is located very close to the beach and offers excellent facilities like a swimming pool. I had a great time using the complimentary kano and paddle board. the overall service standard and friendliness of the staff were impressive.

There was no cover on the sofa in my room and the food was a letdown. the breakfast buffet had poor options and there were communication issues with some staff members.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this Bali hotel. The location was convenient and the private beach was clean and well-maintained. The facilities were excellent and the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We particularly enjoyed the variety of breakfast options. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

Novotel Bali Benoa Nusa Dua is a fantastic beachside resort that offers a relaxing and authentic experience. The location directly on the beach allows for easy access to the stunning coastline. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a choice of pillows for a good night's sleep. The service provided by the friendly staff is exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of fresh and delicious options. The resort also provides a variety of free activities, such as kayaking and paddle boarding, making it perfect for families and adventurous travelers.

Some aspects of the rooms could use a bit of sprucing up, such as a fresh coat of paint and better maintenance to give a cleaner and fresher feel.

Stayed at a resort by the beach, had a blast making everyday work moments matter, discovered luxurious boutiques and had the best hospitality throughout my trip.

Such a shame they didn't stock the mini-bars, and to think they didn't trust me to pay on checkout! *sarcasm*

The hotel is located in a calm area without much noise, perfect for relaxation. the rooms are spacious and have a pleasant view of the beach. the pool area is well-maintained and offers plenty of space for sunbathing and swimming.

The food menu was limited and became monotonous after a few days. there were not enough activities for kids, making it difficult for families to have fun together.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with top-rated service and exclusive amenities fulfilling all my needs. the Spa and wellness centre provided invigorating massages and relaxing sauna sessions. the three outdoor swimming pools were surrounded by lush garden areas with comfortable sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. the restaurant had a lavish spread with local delicacies and special diet menus. Beach access was convenient with beach umbrellas and BBQ facilities.

I experienced only one minor issue - the leisure/ TV room could use some improvement with better equipment.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bali Benoa. the setting was lovely, with a beautiful infinity pool and beach. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like part of the Bali Benoa family. the facilities were top-notch, including a gym, beauty salon, and kids club. We loved the range of activities available, from aqua aerobics to pilates. the beachside bar and food were also a hit, especially the buffet breakfast. Every little detail was taken care of, like mosquito repellent and sunscreen available. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and the room service was outstanding. The showers were impressive and the pool facilities were satisfactory. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the front desk staff and manager were professional and responsive. The fitness equipment was functional, and we enjoyed staying in one of the Cabanas with a beautiful sea view and private sun loungers. The hotel was conveniently located near local bars, restaurants, and shops, giving us plenty of dining and drinking options without paying high hotel prices. The buffet breakfast was worth it, and the staff was always welcoming and hardworking. our experience as young holiday goers was enjoyable.
