The breakfast had a good variety of options and was delicious. The hotel also had a nice pool and a relaxing atmosphere. it was a wonderful experience.

I had a situation where I needed to print some important documents, and Prilly at reception was extremely helpful. She allowed me to email the documents to her and printed them out for me. The level of service was top-notch and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

We verbleven op een geweldige locatie aan een prachtig strand. Het uitzicht vanuit onze kamer was adembenemend, vooral vanaf het balkon dat om onze kamer heen was gewikkeld. De kamer zelf was ruim en helemaal niet krap. We hadden zelfs genoeg ruimte om te ontspannen na een avondje stappen. We hielden er absoluut van en zouden dit graag nog eens doen.

Een ander aspect van het hotel voldeed helaas niet aan onze verwachtingen. De meubels waren oud en sommige waren beschadigd met krassen en vlekken.

I was pleasantly surprised with my room at Novotel. They provided me with a thematic honeymoon setup and even upgraded my room type. The room was clean and neat, and the service was awesome. All the staff, especially Ms. Riri, were very helpful and friendly. The internet connection was good, and I would highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation. The swimming pool was a real highlight. I had a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our second visit to Novotel was even better than before. Our room had been improved based on previous complaints. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Mr James Malore, who attended to our needs. the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and modern. the breakfast was excellent, and we even had a function for Christmas that met our expectations. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, perfect for a good rest before traveling. there is a large swimming pool and a nice outdoor eating area.

The food at this hotel was mind-blowing and incredibly cheap for Western standards! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the warm freshwater showers were jaw-dropping! We also enjoyed using the complimentary tennis courts, even though they were a bit run down. The location was great, with pleasant surroundings just outside the city. we had a truly amazing stay with plenty of room for improvement. The staff's big smiles and Mr. James Malore's outstanding service made us feel incredibly welcome. The delicious meals had us craving for more after every bite. This was our second visit and we were impressed by the improvements made, especially in our room. Although the hotel could use some updates and better maintenance, the breakfast was excellent and our Christmas function for 23 people met all our expectations. We hope to see even more improvements in the future. Keep up the great work!
