Amazing Pool View and Friendly Staff

During our recent stay at Novotel, we were blown away by the incredible pool view from our room. The open air style of the hotel's buildings allowed us to enjoy the beautiful scenery right from our balcony. The spacious room was well-decorated and provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff at Novotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great view and comfortable beds, perfect for relaxing after a long day of meetings. the pool was also a nice touch, offering a refreshing escape from the heat. Plus, the hotel's location near the shopping center made it easy to grab any necessities I forgot to pack.

The service was subpar and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. it didn't live up to expectations and left a lot to be desired in terms of hospitality.
