The friendly staff provided excellent service and handled breakfast efficiently. The location is ideal for both airport access and city attractions. Free parking was a huge bonus.

The pool area was crowded during our visit, making it hard to enjoy, and our room felt a bit humid, which was uncomfortable at times.

It was just an appropriate option for a brief visit in Dartmouth with reasonable value. The front desk staff were really nice and helped us with getting settled in quickly. Make sure to check the prices on the restaurant menus, as they were different from what we expected.

Aye, this place was mad chill for real. Room was spacious, my kids loved the pool slide, and breakfast was on point with all the choices. Staff was friendly, helped us out quick. Just wish the hallways weren't so loud at night. Delaney from housekeeping had a real good vibe too. Feelin' good about my stay!

i loved the kid-friendly vibe of best western, especially the beautiful pool area and the water slide. breakfast was amazing, with choices for everyone. the lobby was stunning, and my business class queen room was really clean and nicely arranged.

We had a memorable stay, kiddo loved the pool and the water slide! It really made up for the loud parts of the night but uh, the fun was overshadowed by some awkward moments with. critters in our room.

It wasn't exactly cheap but we were kinda okay with it since we had some laughs.

the pool area was an absolute zoo, overrun with unruly kids while staff completely ignored the chaos. I was also shocked to find that the gym only had two working cardio machines, what a lovely touch. after such dramatic letdowns, maybe a complimentary upgrade would have been nice, but of course, that would be too much to ask.
