The bed is comfy, room is clean and I liked that they provided 2 pillows, one is bigger and other smaller so I have the option to choose! Staff is very friendly, he helped ask to book Grab to nearby mall and even msg the driver for us to avoid any possible miscommunication due to language barrier. Breakfast is good too. :)

We also appreciated the daily housekeeping service that kept our room clean and tidy. the hotel's location near several popular attractions and restaurants was very convenient for us to explore the city on foot. we enjoyed the comfortable bed and the spacious bathroom in our room.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. We noticed quite a few stains on the carpets and upholstery in the lobby and common areas.

During my stay at Novotel, I was impressed by the modern and well laid out hotel. The staff were polite and courteous, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, offering a wide variety to choose from. Check-in was quick and efficient. my experience at Novotel was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again.
