I stayed at a hotel near Alexanderplatz and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the heart of the German capital. The check-in and check-out procedures were so efficient that I didn't even need to interact with the staff. Other hotels could definitely learn from this idea. There was also a big shopping mall and a transport hub nearby, making it really convenient. The room was exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was just a short walk away from the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore and enjoy all the holiday festivities. the check-in and check-out process was hassle-free and efficient, thanks to the self-service system. This meant that I didn't have to wait in long queues or deal with any unnecessary paperwork. And one more thing that I really enjoyed was the delicious breakfast spread that they offered. It was the perfect way to start my day and fuel up for all the sightseeing.

There were a couple of drawbacks that I experienced during my stay. I did bring this to their attention, but unfortunately, they were unable to do anything about it.

We appreciated the late check-out time of 12pm, and the room being accessible by code was convenient. the hotel exceeded our expectations and we would consider staying again.

The manager at B&B Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz was incredibly helpful when we encountered a rainy day. They kindly let us borrow an umbrella, which saved us from getting soaked. The location of the hotel is also great, being close to Alexanderplatz. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the bowl of apples at the front desk was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and convenient location.

The value we got for our money was excellent, with a reasonably priced and centrally located hotel perfect for a short stay. The staff at the B&B Hotel was super nice and extra helpful, making check-in and out extremely easy.

The menu for breakfast could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

our honeymoon in berlin was made even more memorable by our stay at this modern hotel near alexanderplatz. the rooms were spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was impressive. we slept well and enjoyed the convenient location. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the vending machine in the lobby. we would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the cleaning staff were friendly and polite. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and all the comforts that we needed. The hotel was also conveniently located near the train station and a shopping mall, making transportation and shopping easy for us. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially Alessia, who was always smiling and ready to assist.

The 2pm check-in was a big plus for me after an exhausting trip. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly, providing tons of useful information. The location is arguably one of the best in the city, with a quiet street but the hustle and bustle of Berlin just a short walk away. The hotel is conveniently located near Alexanderplatz Shopping area and Jannowitzbrücke station. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs are nearby. The hotel itself is clean, with comfortable beds and reliable wifi.

Felt like royalty, no complaints.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, just a 5-minute walk to public transport. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms, although average in size, were impeccably clean and well-maintained. We appreciated that the rooms were serviced daily. The hotel also had amenities such as a kettle and iron that could be hired with a €5 deposit, which we received back upon return. Plus, the supermarket on the lower level of Alexa shopping centre, just a short escalator ride away, was a great convenience.
