Other hotels could definitely learn from this idea. There was also a big shopping mall and a transport hub nearby, making it really convenient. the room was exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. the staff were friendly and helpful.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. This meant that I didn't have to wait in long queues or deal with any unnecessary paperwork. And one more thing that I really enjoyed was the delicious breakfast spread that they offered. It was the perfect way to start my day and fuel up for all the sightseeing.

I did bring this to their attention, but unfortunately, they were unable to do anything about it. the extra costs were an unexpected surprise that put a damper on my overall expenses.

The location is arguably one of the best in the city, with a quiet street but the hustle and bustle of Berlin just a short walk away. The hotel is conveniently located near Alexanderplatz Shopping area and Jannowitzbrücke station. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs are nearby. The hotel itself is clean, with comfortable beds and reliable wifi.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, just a 5-minute walk to public transport. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms, although average in size, were impeccably clean and well-maintained. We appreciated that the rooms were serviced daily. The hotel also had amenities such as a kettle and iron that could be hired with a €5 deposit, which we received back upon return. Plus, the supermarket on the lower level of Alexa shopping centre, just a short escalator ride away, was a great convenience.
