The villa itself was absolutely luxurious and clean. The spaciousness of the rooms, especially the living areas, was impressive. We also loved the private swimming pool and the beautiful grounds surrounding the villa. Another great aspect was the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the fresh fruit basket provided daily was a nice touch, and we appreciated the availability of fresh bottled water at no extra cost.

The limited dining options. The buffet breakfast was not available due to the low number of guests, and the meals we had at the bar were not very good.

Everything was perfect. The villa was exactly like the jaw-dropping photos. The staff was super helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The daily cleaning service was top-notch. The private transport to the beach and supermarket was a game-changer. The good yoga and nice attitude of the hotel members made us feel so welcome. They provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The size of the villa and private pool was mind-blowing, like something out of a movie. The property was huge, and the golf cart made getting around so convenient. The villa was fully equipped with everything we could ask for. The position was a bit isolated, but it was easy to reach many places by scooter. The staff even arranged a special birthday surprise for me, which was super appreciated. The free breakfast delivery and access to guest rooms after checkout were so convenient. The hotel itself was a truly exceptional experience. The breathtaking view of the private pool from the bedroom was stunning. The cleanliness and design of the hotel were impeccable. The second-floor gathering area was perfect for quality time with friends. But what truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. this hotel exceeded all expectations and deserves top marks.

We had an amazing stay at Nunamkhalu! The 1 bedroom garden villa was perfect for us, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The villa was spacious and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The spa services in the villa were a nice touch, and the WiFi was reliable. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to Pandawa Beach and the delicious food at the hotel restaurant. The staff, especially Ms. Violina and Mr. Ketut Sudiratya, were incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even better. We can't thank them enough!
