The Oberoi Beach Resort, Lombok exceeded all our expectations. From the warm welcome with flowers and a welcome drink, to the attentive and caring staff, every detail was taken care of. The beautiful rooms and location provided a truly luxurious experience. The complimentary activities, such as afternoon tea, were a nice touch. The dinner was perfect, and it was a delight to meet the executive chef. The snorkelling trip, while a bit expensive, was absolutely fantastic. a 5-star resort with exceptional service and attention to detail.

The private boat trips to nearby Gilis make it easy to explore the beautiful islands and enjoy snorkeling in crystal-clear waters. The sound of waves crashing against the shore can be heard from the room, creating a soothing ambiance. The spacious bathroom in the Ocean View Villa offers a luxurious experience. The attentive staff ensure that every need is taken care of, providing exceptional service. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety of delicious options, giving a great start to the day.

After a challenging trek, I was amazed by the warm welcome I received at Oberoi. The staff didn't judge my dirty appearance and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They even cleaned my sunglasses and adjusted the room temperature to my preference. The spa was incredible, and the recommendations for my next destination were spot on. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The restaurant served delicious halal food with an extensive menu. The in-room breakfast was a delightful touch to start my day.

Despite the excellent service, there was a minor issue with the packed lunches. The quality did not meet my expectations and could be improved.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to ensure that their guests are happy and comfortable. The location is also great, with easy access to key attractions in the city. Another great aspect of this hotel is the wide range of amenities offered, including a beautiful pool and a great restaurant.

While my stay at this hotel was great overall, one negative aspect was the lack of variety in the breakfast options. the Wi-Fi connection could be a bit stronger in certain areas of the hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Nelly, a polite and friendly staff member who made us feel right at home. The resort offers a variety of facilities, including a stunning coral reef for snorkeling, and even arranges trips to the popular Gili Islands. Our room was impeccable, with a luxurious bathroom and breathtaking views. The service was impeccable, and breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.

The price of some items, like wine, was a bit steep.
