The location was great, just a short 10-minute walk to the CBD. The room was comfortable and modern, with a clean and well-appointed bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the proximity to New Regent Street, where we found a variety of restaurants to choose from.

The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly when one of our group fell ill. They even allowed her a later check-out time to ensure her comfort. The peaceful and cozy restaurant provided a lovely ambiance for group conversations. We were truly impressed by the value for money this hotel offered.

We loved the location of this venue as it was very close to the city center which allowed us to walk there in about 15 minutes. The room itself was very comfortable and clean, with a great TV setup allowing us to watch Netflix and other free-to-air channels. The staff were very helpful and made our stay pleasurable, providing room service and ensuring our amenities such as the iron were well maintained. We also really appreciated the complimentary welcome drink upon arrival.

The carpet was not vacuumed, the floors were dirty, and there were paint peeling off the bathroom ceiling. The cracks in the walls made the room feel unkempt.
