I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, tucked away in a small street with no sidewalk and lots of traffic, but still very close to the main street of shops in Kuta. Despite being in a narrow and busy alley, the hotel itself was surprisingly calm and peaceful. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request for side-by-side rooms on the ground floor. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. I also loved the vertical shower, it was truly a unique experience. The swimming pool was a highlight of my stay, it was clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this area.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it an ideal choice for those with early morning flights. It is tucked away in a narrow but bustling alley, offering a unique and lively atmosphere. The famous Kuta beach is just a short 15-20 minute walk away, allowing guests to easily enjoy the sun and sand. However, if you prefer public or regular taxis, you might have to walk a bit further to the main road.

The breakfast options seem to leave much to be desired.

Staff was nice, breakfast was good. Huge, comfortable bed, spacious room. Plenty of storage, clean and well-equipped bathroom. Tasty and well-cooked breakfast. Variety of cooked food options. Good Indonesian and Western dishes in the restaurant. Efficient and friendly reception staff. Convenient location with nearby amenities. New, fantastic, and quiet rooms. Comfortable stay without overcrowding.

The air conditioning in my room at Ohana Hotel wasn't working properly, but when I informed the staff, they promptly changed my room. The location was great, only a 10-minute walk from Kuta Beach and close to shops and massage places. The room itself was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered free breakfast and a great view of the ocean. the staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. the location was perfect, close to all the New Year's festivities.

It had a strange odor and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. the mattress was uncomfortable and the linens were not changed daily.

The WiFi connection was excellent in both the lobby and my room. The staff were very kind and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance of several attractions such as Kuta beach and Legian Street. The hotel also provided a low-rate airport transfer, which was convenient and helped save money. The large room was comfortable and clean, with toiletries and bottles of mineral water provided every day. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
