I had a fantastic stay at this airport hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my short stay so pleasant and memorable. The pods were basic but had everything I needed for a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel had plenty of showers and toilets, so there was no waiting. The lockers were a great size and the staff were happy to store my bigger bags. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff were exceptional.

Convenient Location: the hotel's location right at the international arrival area of the airport was a major plus. It saved us time and the hassle of traveling to and from the hotel, especially after a long journey.

Limited Time to Enjoy: Unfortunately, due to changes in our flight times, we only had a few hours to spend at the hotel. This meant that we couldn't fully enjoy all the facilities and amenities offered.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a short lay-over and needed a place to rest for a few hours before my next flight. Passgo Digital Airport Hotel Bali was the perfect choice. The location, just one floor below the food hall and departure entrance, made it incredibly convenient for me to check in at 5am. The staff were welcoming and made sure I knew about all the facilities. The shared bathroom was spacious and clean, and the locker provided had plenty of room for my large backpack and shoes. The sleeping pod was a fantastic feature, equipped with everything I needed including a USB charger, TV, and mirror. They even provided toothbrush, paste, and slippers. a great value for money with reasonable prices. Highly recommended for a short lay-over.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a conveniently located hotel near the airport. The staff were friendly and the wifi was stable, which was a huge plus. The room was well-lit and spacious, with the added bonus of being able to customize the lighting to my liking. The sheets were clean and the bathroom was well-maintained, with plenty of space and hooks for my belongings. I also appreciated the television in the room, which had a great selection of channels. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I did find that the airport announcements could be heard in the room, so it may be worth bringing earplugs for a more peaceful sleep.

passgo digital airport hotel bali in kuta exceeded expectations during my short break. clean, quiet pod with comfortable mattress and nice staff. perfect for a rest during long layovers or to recharge before early flights.

Noisy group disrupted sleep in the middle of the night.

Great value for money. the pods were well-equipped with all the essentials like USB chargers, lighting, and ventilation. the shower room was modern, spacious, and clean. the location of the hotel, being on the 2nd floor of the airport, was very convenient for my early check-in. the staff were friendly and kind, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable. the provided slippers and towels were a nice touch, and the lockers were big enough for my belongings.

The walls of the pods were not soundproof at all, so it was quite noisy when other guests checked in late at night. A signage with quiet times would be useful to remind people to keep their voices down.
