Our family had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect; we were close to the beautiful river walk and just a short drive to Clearwater beaches. The cozy room had a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and great view of the city. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided a delicious breakfast each morning. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a Starbucks in the lobby and plenty of parking spaces available.

The fitness center was a bit small for our liking.

The breakfast was delicious, and the cooks clearly take pride in their food. I also had a great experience with Caroline at the bar, who provided excellent service. everyone at the hotel seemed to genuinely enjoy their job, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

The lack of housekeeping service. Despite requesting room cleaning and linen change, the staff did not respond appropriately and only attended to it on the last day.
