Nothing it was perfect

The room at Passifika House was spacious with excellent air conditioning, a lovely pool area, and a peaceful garden. the helpful staff, especially André, made me feel welcome and the internet connection was reliable for my work. Despite some noise issues in the rooms, the communal spaces were inviting, and the location near Batu Bolong made exploring Canggu easy, with nearby landmarks like Batu Bolong Beach and Esthetic Day Spa offering relaxation and bonding opportunities for families.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure our needs were met. the location was perfect, being a short walk away from the beach and close to various shops and restaurants. the rooms were spacious and modern, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. the host, Harry, was a gem, always ready to assist and have a chat, making us feel right at home. the Wi-Fi was reliable, which was great for anyone needing to work remotely. the outdoor area was peaceful and well-maintained, a lovely spot to relax by the swimming pool or in the garden.

One thing that could be improved is the noise level during the day due to ongoing construction nearby. While it wasn't overly disturbing, it's good to be aware of it beforehand.
