Value for money was excellent, definitely the best hotel we stayed at during our Bali trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the sunset. The location was peaceful and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

As women travelling alone, we felt very welcomed and cared for by the friendly staff. The manager, Geria, made us feel at home and provided excellent service. The food was delicious, especially the incredible breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the pool offered a fantastic view.

We felt very lucky during our stay, as nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

the bungalows were meticulously maintained and the pool area and garden were picturesque. the manager, Geri, was incredibly helpful and never pressured us into any specific options for tours or activities. He even helped us arrange transport and recommended a great tour operator for snorkeling. the location was perfect - quiet and relaxing, yet still close to the beach and other attractions. the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the service provided by the staff was top-notch. this was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Bali.

Great location near Crystal Bay, Broken Bay, and Kelingking Beach. Yan, the staff, was amazing and provided helpful advice. Clean, comfortable bungalows with breakfast included. Exceeded expectations!

The staff, led by Gerry, are exceptional, offering excellent service and going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food and even accommodates special dietary requirements, such as gluten-free options.

The hotel is a bit secluded, with limited restaurants within walking distance. However, there are scooters available for rent or a free shuttle service to a nearby fancy restaurant.
