We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this luxury hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the fresh dates and homemade biscuits in the room to the foot massage upon arrival. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning on the rooftop terrace, overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also offered a variety of services such as car hire, dry cleaning, and airport shuttle, making our stay even more convenient. the level of service and the luxuriousness of this place truly exceeded our expectations.

Had an absolutely delightful Easter break away. the staff made this trip truly memorable. They were so friendly and willing to help with any request. the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety and in beautiful surroundings. the location was superb, within walking distance to sights but yet quiet and peaceful. the pool and terrace were breathtaking with ample seating.

Honestly, I cannot think of a single negative aspect. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The location of the hotel was perfectly situated in the heart of the bustling Medina, giving us easy access to the markets and other attractions.

The smaller room we were assigned on the main floor lacked privacy due to its proximity to the main sitting room. The limited space made it difficult to fit our suitcases comfortably.

Additionally, the dinner I booked for my anniversary was absolutely delightful, with a heart-shaped table arrangement and a specially prepared dessert just for us. The Riad's location in the busy Medina made it convenient to explore the surroundings.

Although the overall experience was wonderful, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. the room I was assigned, located on the main floor, was smaller and less impressive compared to the other three rooms on the second floor.
