We absolutely loved the stunning view of the green pine forest surrounding the resort and the peaceful garden villa setting. The spacious and clean three-bedroom villa was perfect for our stay. The warm pool for kids, petting zoo, playground, and children's games were a hit with our young grandchildren. The free shuttle from the villa to the hotel was convenient. The breakfast at the hotel was great and abundant, although it was an additional cost. it was a fantastic resort experience for our family with young children.

We felt warmly welcomed and had no complaints whatsoever during our stay.

I absolutely loved this place! The location was stunning with breathtaking views of the mountains and beautiful gardens. The room was very clean with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The hotel offered an excellent friendly service and the staff were very accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast as well as the different facilities they offered like the outdoor swimming pool and the leisure spa & wellness centre. But most of all, I appreciated the great room service that was available 24-hours a day.

Stunning mountain views and a plethora of activities for the family to enjoy. Our children loved the mini zoo and heated pool, while we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The breakfast buffet was delicious. we recommend this resort for a family getaway.

Had a great time over thanksgiving weekend. Really nice experience. Location was excellent, close to some of the attractions and a few minutes drive to others. Great complementary amenities and a delicious breakfast offering a good selection of both Western and Indonesian cuisines. Kids enjoyed the wide range of activities available, including feeding the animals.

Pool maintenance could have been better. the pool was a bit cloudy and not very inviting.
