Our stay at Pesona Beach Resort & Spa was fantastic! We spent a week here for a relaxing beach getaway. The location was superb, with vibrant nightlife spots, restaurants, and cafes just a short walk away. Our Pool Side King Room was absolutely incredible, with a spacious and well-equipped bathroom and bedroom. We loved having direct access to the pool right outside our room. The bed was luxuriously comfortable, and our room was cleaned daily, complete with cold water provided. I highly recommend these rooms for a truly enjoyable stay.

I had an absolutely incredible time at a resort in Gili Trawangan. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. Whether I wanted Indian food, shisha, or even to go scuba diving, it was all right there. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, situated on the middle west side of the island. It was convenient to explore the island without needing a taxi. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with a special shoutout to Andy who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, with a choice of beds including a king-size option. The stunning views from the rooms added to the overall experience. Additionally, the price was reasonable and breakfast was included, making it great value for money.

We had a fantastic stay during New Year's at this hotel. the location was perfect - everything was within walking distance, from restaurants and cafes to bars and shops. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries we had. the breakfast options were great, with a variety of delicious fruits and toppings to choose from.

One thing we found inconvenient was the lack of a phone in the room for room service. Every time we needed something, we had to go down to the reception to make our requests.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of all the restaurants and bars which made it very convenient. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. the hotel offered a great diving center and spa, providing extra activities and relaxation options for guests.

The rooms were not the best value for money when compared to other options on the island. Some of the staff, especially in the breakfast and bar area, were not very friendly and occasionally rude.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful resort with a fantastic staff. The room was incredible, and it was ready three hours early which made my life so much easier. The front office staff member, Andy, was a true asset to the resort and made me smile as soon as I arrived. The rooms were lovely and homely, and I enjoyed the pool just outside the bungalow. my stay at Pesona felt like home for a night. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas here and the decorations were lovely. Location was ideal, close to many restaurants and bars. the spa had great treatments and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The room was not well maintained, with several things not working properly. Unfortunately, the food in the hotel restaurant was overpriced and not very tasty.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable room prices and excellent amenities. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location is perfect for those who enjoy being in the midst of the vibrant nightlife, and the rooms are comfortable with great air conditioning.
