The pool and common areas were beautiful and picture-perfect. the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. the staff were extremely courteous and attentive to detail, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The condition of the room was poor, with broken plug sockets and water stains on the wall. There were ongoing problems with the shower, which was disappointing.

The staff were exceptional, friendly, and sweet. The hotel had a fabulous library with great books. The doorman always tended to the fire. The newly refurbished room was beautiful with a rainforest showerhead and Netflix on the TV. The local entertainment in Cork was surprising and impressive, with concerts by Van Morrison and Elton John.

Can't fault the property in any way.

The bed at Hayfield Manor was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I had the best night's sleep, waking up refreshed and rejuvenated. The attention to detail, like the bed being turned down and chocolates on the pillow, made me feel like a VIP. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and restful stay.
