We had an incredible stay at this hotel nestled in a breathtaking location overlooking the majestic fjord and surrounded by the enchanting Rosendal estate and mountains. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, providing us with a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the shower, a cozy niche where we could truly unwind. Additionally, the hotel's beautiful gardens and piers, along with the added bonus of a rowing boat, provided a tranquil and picturesque setting. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a great variety of sweet and salty options, and the freshly made pastries were a delightful touch. The restaurant served tasty evening snacks and offered generous portions at a reasonable price. Oh, and the view from the outside garden overlooking the fjord was simply captivating.

We also appreciated the comfortable beds, which provided a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the surroundings.

Breakfast was overpriced with limited options, and there were no affordable food choices available on the premises or nearby. the rooms were outdated, and noise from other rooms and common areas kept us up at night.
