New Year's at this hotel was an amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They prepared a surprise cake for us to celebrate our honeymoon, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was always clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, catering to all our needs.

That the air conditioning could have been colder, but that's just a personal preference. Also, if you're someone who needs a big breakfast, the portion size might not be sufficient.

Honestly one of the best experiences. After a disappointing stay elsewhere, we booked with Ponte and they were incredibly accommodating. Our room was ready when we arrived early, allowing us to freshen up and rest. The staff went above and beyond, always helpful and friendly. The room itself was beautifully designed, with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. The location, away from the main strip, provided a peaceful stay. Transportation was arranged seamlessly, and the beach bar was a great addition.

I stayed at this hotel and it was amazing! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lively areas but still peaceful and secluded. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the floating breakfast experience. I also enjoyed lounging on the private sun deck and taking in the stunning view of the beach. It was truly a memorable stay!

The location was ideal, offering tranquility while still being close to the main strip of bars and restaurants. The pool was stunning and the rooms were lovely.
