We arrived early in the morning and the staff at Parma kindly stored our bags for us until check-in. They even offered us an early check-in when our room wasn't ready yet. the hotel's location is fantastic, near the beach and in close proximity to the city center. the view from our room was breathtaking. the food at the hotel was delicious, and we enjoyed exploring the beautiful landscape and beaches nearby. Highly recommended!

Despite being centrally located, the hotel was situated in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. We also appreciated the detailed instructions provided by the staff, making it incredibly easy to find the hotel's private underground parking just a few minutes' walk away. The staff at Hotel Parma were sincerely kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with any needs or questions we had. it was a fantastic value and we couldn't have asked for a better setting for our stay.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, just a block from old town and right across the street from the riverside. It was so convenient to explore both areas. The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. They even assisted me in organizing a trip to a nearby town. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, everything looked new and shiny. The breakfast offered was delicious with a wide variety of options. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. They even allowed us to store our luggage before our room was ready. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to the old town and just a short walk away from the beach. It offered a great base for exploring the city on foot.

There were a few negatives during our stay. The room we were given had staining on the ceiling and we could hear a lot of noise from people passing by outside, as we were on the ground level.

The location of the property couldn't be better - right next to the beach, attractions, and tapas bars. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the secure underground parking was a bonus. We fell in love with the hotel and its part in our San Sebastian experience.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options.
