The location of the hotel is great, as it is near to many islands in Indonesia and a shopping mall. The room is clean and comfortable, with a good shower. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they quickly print boarding passes for guests. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The lobby decoration is amazing, with a unique swimming pool as the ceiling. the hotel offers a comfortable stay, fancy room decor, and a pleasant atmosphere to wait in the lobby.

There is no WiFi available at the pool area.

During my stay at this hotel, I was amazed by its unique architectural structure. The view from the 10th floor was absolutely stunning, and the rooftop swimming pool on the 3rd floor was a great place to relax. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the staff, especially Mr. Aldo at the reception, were incredibly friendly. I felt relaxed, comfortable, and safe throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed the complementary wine and chocolates. the view from our room was stunning, we could see the city skyline and the ocean. the hotel location was perfect for our romantic escape. Our room had a big bathtub with a view and it was really nice to relax in after a long day.

The room was not as clean as we expected. We found a dirty spot on the bedsheet and some hair in the bathroom.

The hotel has its own restaurant and rooftop bar with delicious food at reasonable prices. The well-equipped gym is perfect for staying in shape. The best part is the amazing staff who are always ready to help.
