We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in a peaceful residential area was perfect for us, as it provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is located on a quiet street, just a short walk to the beach. We loved renting bicycles and riding along the beach boardwalk. the gardens, fish ponds, and pool at the hotel were absolutely beautiful and peaceful. the customer service was exceptional, with a shuttle service available to take us anywhere in town from 1-9pm. the staff was very accommodating and willing to help with anything we needed.

The hotel may not be suitable for families with young children. the slippery floors in the rooms and the numerous fish ponds required extra caution with toddlers.

The only issue I encountered was with the location, as it was a bit far from downtown Sanur. However, renting a bicycle or taking a taxi made getting around easy. Despite this small drawback, I can't wait to go back to Puri Mesari.
