I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The view from the three pools is absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The location is perfect, situated on a beautiful beach where time feels like it's standing still. The staff provided the best customer service I have ever experienced while on vacation in Asia. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel valued as a guest. The food options were excellent, with a variety of delicious meals available, including gluten-free options for those with dietary restrictions. I also indulged in a spa treatment, which was not only relaxing but also reasonably priced.

The location near the beach for breakfast on the beautiful island of Lombok was a dream. The native tropical gardens surrounding the hotel were a stunning backdrop to start the day. Being able to participate in a yoga class on the beach was a memorable experience that added to the overall relaxation of the stay.

The variety of Indonesian food options could have been better.

The hotel had stunning views of the sea and the pool area was quite comfortable. the breakfast had multiple options to choose from and the staff was friendly.

The room was quite noisy as it was located near a mosque, making it difficult to sleep at night. the bathroom could have been cleaner and better maintained.

the service was impeccable, providing me with an unforgettable experience. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a variety of treatments to choose from. the swimming pool was serene and inviting, with sun loungers for relaxation. the infinity pool with a breathtaking view made it hard for me to leave. the location and private facilities provided comfort and exclusivity.

The only minor issue I encountered was the limited beach access. the sun terrace and garden area made up for it.

Had a wonderful and relaxing New Year experience at a charming hotel in Lombok. the hospitality was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. the spa treatments were truly indulgent, leaving me feeling completely relaxed. the hotel's location was perfect, providing a peaceful and picturesque getaway. the nearby town offered scooter rentals, making it convenient to explore the island and visit attractions like the LOMBOK wildlife park.

The beach and water were unfortunately covered in plastic waste, which was disheartening to see. the layout of the villa was not suitable for elderly or disabled guests, with steep steps and no railings.
