We arrived at Relax Bali Dive & Spa Ocean Front Resort after staying in a crowded part of the island for several days, and it immediately felt like paradise. We were upgraded to an oceanfront villa and our diving requests were promptly taken care of. The daily specials at the restaurant were delicious, and we even received two complimentary Balinese massages at the SPA. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and the quality of the diving experience was exceptional. The accommodations were clean and well-furnished, and the location right by the sea was perfect for relaxing. The breakfast options were varied and tasty, and the pool area provided a relaxing environment with comfortable sunbeds and shade under the palm trees. The excursions were adventurous and well-organized, and the drivers were friendly and accommodating. we had an incredibly enjoyable stay and highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location right by the sea was breathtaking and provided a stunning view. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel like a VIP. The service was prompt and the room was always clean and well-maintained. I enjoyed the convenience of room service and the wide range of amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and mini-bar. The hotel also offered a variety of leisure activities, from the spa and wellness centre to the outdoor swimming pool, ensuring that there was always something to do.

Spent New Year's at this place and it was great! the best thing about it was the stunning grounds and pool. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with a view to the ocean. We also loved the fact that we could easily walk into the water to go for a swim or snorkel - it was just steps away from our room! Another great thing was the variety of breakfast options, especially the fresh fruits and juices. the staff were all friendly and made our stay memorable.

The only downside we experienced was the lack of nearby restaurants and the need to rent a scooter or hire a driver to explore the area. the food at the on-site restaurant was just okay, nothing exceptional.

We arrived later than planned and were pleasantly surprised with a deluxe room upgrade and a 30-minute massage voucher. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making for a quiet and relaxing stay. The resort offered great diving facilities and dive masters. The food and drink quality and variety were excellent. We also enjoyed the spa, yoga, TRX, and circuit training facilities. The pool, located close to the ocean, was a great place to unwind. I would highly recommend this resort to family and friends.

That the restaurant allowed smoking, which affected our dining experience. Additionally, the spa hygiene could be improved as the mattress, bed covers, and face cushion were not changed between customers.
