The breakfast buffet at Renaissance was a delightful start to the day. The wide variety of food options catered to all tastes, and the chefs were more than willing to accommodate any special requests. The rooms were tastefully decorated and provided a comfortable and luxurious stay. The highlight of our stay were the four unique swimming pools, each offering a different experience. We were thoroughly impressed with the friendly, professional, and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

The check-in process was efficient, and the staff promptly assisted us with our luggage. This upmarket hotel exceeded our expectations, with its cleanliness and upscale ambiance.

The location of this hotel is perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. The restaurant offers stunning views of the beachfront, making it a great spot to start your day. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring that your stay is enjoyable. Additionally, the pool and kids club are great facilities for families to enjoy.

One drawback is that the hotel adds a 21% charge to everything, including simple purchases like ice cream.

the staff members were very friendly and efficient, always addressing me by my name and ensuring I had a comfortable stay. the big freestanding bath in my room offered an excellent relaxing experience, and the Spa and wellness centre were modern and clean. the Jungle and outdoor Swimming Pools are the gems of the place and fantastic spots to take pictures, with suitable sun loungers and sun terrace on the garden area. the delicious breakfast with fantastic variety offered an excellent start to each day, and the restaurant and bars serve high-quality food and cocktails.

A minor issue was the vegan food options, which did not accurately match the advertised description of non-vegan ingredients. as someone who enjoys a balanced diet, this did not affect me much, and many other selections were available.

The buffet breakfast was exceptional, providing a wide range of options from waffles to fresh fruit. the spa was also a highlight, offering treatments of great quality that left us feeling relaxed. the hotel was situated near the beach and had a shuttle bus service to take us there, which we used multiple times. We also enjoyed the pool and the bar serving refreshing drinks.

The location of the hotel was quite remote and made it difficult to leave for dinner outside of the facilities. the room was quite small and cramped for a romantic escape.

I recently stayed at the Renaissance in Bali for 10 days and had an incredible experience. The hotel surpassed all my expectations - it was immaculately clean, luxurious, and had exceptionally helpful staff. The check-in process was seamless, and the hotel had a total of four pools, including a cool pool bar and cocktail bar. The spa was a highlight of my stay, and the head chef even prepared two special dinners for us. I highly recommend this hotel - you won't be disappointed!
