I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a bustling street not too far from the airport. The lush green tropical gardens surrounding the hotel created a peaceful and serene atmosphere. I enjoyed walking around the gardens, admiring the beautiful plant life and calming ambiance. The hotel itself had two-storey bungalows nestled within the gardens, adding to the overall charm and tranquility. Additionally, the proximity to the beach was a major plus. I loved being able to easily access the sandy shores and crystal-clear waters.

The breakfast buffet offers a variety of Western and Indonesian food, including a salad and egg station. The pool has a swim-up bar with a happy hour, and there is a shaded area for those who want to avoid the strong sun. The transfer time from the airport is only about 10 minutes, and taxis are readily available at a reasonable price.

The location of the hotel is great, with many good restaurants nearby, including Indian options. Additionally, there is a fitness center on the premises and a beautiful garden to relax in. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and complimentary amenities in the bathroom. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile.

The wifi quality varied throughout the day and was sometimes non-existent, especially during peak times.

We had a bit of a rocky start when we arrived at the hotel with a sprained ankle. We requested a room closer to the pool and restaurant, but unfortunately, they couldn't accommodate us. Despite this, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful gardens on the property and the friendliness of the staff. The complimentary morning breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant and room service exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfy, and the room size was decent. Although the location was not ideal, we found it to be walkable to some attractions. the good definitely outweighed the bad, and we would recommend Risata Bali Resort & Spa for a pleasant stay.
