The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with friendly staff, amazing sea views, and a luxurious feel. The all-inclusive package includes everything you need, from delicious food to wonderful cocktails and pools. The complimentary couples massage was a real treat.

the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and they even provided me with clothes when my luggage was lost. the food options were amazing, especially the Italian, Indian, and seafood restaurants. the free massage was surprisingly good and the gym and golf course were beautiful. I would definitely go back if I could!

We were a couple staying at Heritage Awali for 6 nights. The sea view rooms were actually pool view, but still beautiful. The food at Savanna restaurant was tasty and varied, perfect for us and our kids. The kids enjoyed the Timomo kids club and the guided bike tour. With access to 5 swimming pools, kayaking, and complimentary glass-bottom boat trip, we had plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The beach, though full of stones and seaweed, still offered glimpses of colorful fish. a great stay for couples and families alike.

Felt right at home, nothing to complain about.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. the exclusive amenities were luxurious and met all my needs. the spa and wellness center were exceptional. the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace and garden area were well maintained. the staff provided excellent service. the restaurant served delicious Halal food and the breakfast buffet was exceptional.

There was only one minor issue- the live entertainment was catered more towards an older audience, which did not suit our taste.

While the staff were generally friendly and accommodating, we did experience some instances of slow service, particularly during mealtimes. It was a little frustrating having to chase things up at times.

The rooms were outdated and not very comfortable. We also found that the wait staff in the restaurants were slow and inattentive.

heritage exceeded our expectations during this stay in bel ombre. the food was tasty and varied, with a special picnic prepared for our day trip. the spa facilities were enjoyable, and the staff were fantastic.
