The staff were amazing, always friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival and given a complimentary voucher for a foot massage. The hotel was well-maintained and stylish, with a Bali feel to it. The bathroom was beautiful and the outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing.

The pool lacked shade which made it quite uncomfortable in the afternoon heat. There were a few spots in the bathroom that were not cleaned properly.

Worn rooms, need refurb.

The hotel is located in close proximity to clean beaches in the area of The Benoa bay, allowing guests to enjoy the sand and sea without putting their lives at risk. There are also some great restaurant options really close by, offering a variety of dining choices. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern bathrooms and excellent service from the staff.

The breakfast options could be more inspired and in need of presentation improvements.

I recently spent five nights at a charming resort in Bali and had the most amazing time. The resort is small and cozy, creating a relaxing and intimate atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.

Although we enjoyed a lovely dinner at the resort's restaurant, we discovered a nearby restaurant called Bumbu that served the most delicious Balinese food we had during our trip. It was a bit more expensive, but well worth the indulgence.

The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with many options and great service. The swimming pool was amazing, with a perfect temperature and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and easily accessible.

It was all superb.

We spent the New Year's week at this place and it was just amazing! The location, situated on a beautiful peninsula, was perfect for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The beach was easily accessible and had great water sports activities. We loved the comfortable beds and the friendly staff who made sure we felt at home. The icing on the cake was the delicious food, which exceeded our expectations.

The limited gluten-free options and the slightly higher price of the food. However, there were plenty of superb restaurants within a short walk on the restaurant street behind the hotel.

Here was the perfect place for my intimate and luxurious getaway. The exclusive amenities at this venue led me to feel truly pampered and satisfied. The sun terrace and pool with a view made for an incredibly relaxing experience, and the garden area was absolutely gorgeous.

While my stay was overall fantastic, I experienced minor internet connectivity issues in the room. Despite this, it was quickly resolved with the help of the attentive and professional staff.
