We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location on Central Park was perfect, and we loved waking up to the beautiful views. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept very well. Our kids enjoyed having their own room in the king connector room right next to ours. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was terrific. They even added some rose petals in the suite to celebrate our anniversary, which was a sweet and beautiful touch.

Great Location near Central Park and 5th Avenue. Jw Marriott Essex House provided us with a room on a high floor, offering stunning views of the park and the city. The spacious room had a comfortable king bed and a clean bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The hotel's prime location made it convenient to explore the city, with subway stations nearby. Despite a few minor issues, such as an unhelpful front desk manager and some maintenance problems, the overall experience was positive. The highlight of our stay was the Executive Lounge, which offered complimentary breakfast and evening appetizers, saving us both time and money. I would recommend Jw Marriott Essex House for its great location and amenities.

The hotel is centrally located in a bustling area; close to the subway and opposite to a beautiful park. Restaurants and bars are right outside the hotel and the event space is great for business meetings. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds, and most have great views. The breakfasts are delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from to start your day.

The noise level in the hotel can be quite distracting if you are trying to get work done.

With its prime Central Park location and stunning park view, the hotel offers a perfect setting for exploring New York. The staff, except for a slightly unwelcoming check-in agent, is extremely friendly and attentive. Festive atmosphere during the holidays. Bell hops, security, and cleaning service are all warm and welcoming. The concierge, Kevin, is highly helpful. Good comfort and reasonable price.

Great location, right by Central Park and within walking distance of many attractions such as Carnegie Hall and Times Square. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, especially the Concierge team who gave excellent recommendations and helped with arranging dinner and group dining experiences.

The facilities were run down and dated, with broken gym equipment and dirty rooms. The management and hygiene practices were poor, with issues like flickering lightbulbs and housekeeping leaving garbage on the bed.
