The hotel is located in the heart of the island, making it convenient for exploring all the popular attractions. It is close to the Banjar harbour and the Angel Billabong fast ferry, as well as the fast boats to Sanur with Billabong. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a daily housekeeping service. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist with any requests.

The road in front of the hotel can get busy and noisy at times, but the hotel provides earplugs to ensure a good night's sleep.

We had an exceptional stay at a hotel in Nusa Penida. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, from helping with our bags to arranging trips and drivers. They even notified us about a problem with our Fastboat and rescheduled us onto the next boat at no extra cost. The room was comfortable, the food delicious, and the hospitality outstanding. Despite spotty WiFi in the rooms, the terrace and common areas had good connectivity. we highly recommend staying at this hotel in Nusa Penida.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of Toyapakeh! The location is perfect for exploring Nusa Penida, with its central position making it easy to get around town and visit all the attractions. The staff here are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a good shower to relax after a long day of exploring. I particularly loved having a balcony to enjoy the beautiful views. Plus, having breakfast included was a great bonus!

The ocean view from the rooftop deck was amazing, and the pool looked inviting. the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great -- there were plenty of restaurants and markets nearby.

For the price we paid, the service and amenities were underwhelming. the restaurant staff were slow and inattentive, and the breakfast was very basic.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the phenomenal new property and delicious restaurant offered by the hotel. the location was ideal, just a short 3-minute walk to the harbor and boats to the neighboring island. the hotel was family-run and kept immaculately clean, with a nice pool for a refreshing dip. the communication with the staff was excellent, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. We also appreciated the comfortable mattresses and strong wifi provided by the hotel, allowing us to relax and stay connected during our vacation.

Despite choosing a quiet, garden view room, we mainly looked at a concrete wall. However, the hotel made up for it with the small garden and pool view from the front door, where we could relax with two chairs.
