Stayed alone. Convenient parking, great location near park, Cathedral, and Alcazar. Spacious room, early check-in, and free breakfast offered. Helpful and friendly manager, provided detailed check-in instructions. Manager even helped with luggage and walked to taxi rank. Close to breakfast places like "Jester" with excellent food.

Spent Christmas here, really great location and the rooms were nicely decorated. the beds were really comfortable and the shower was impressive. Plus, there was free water in the fridge which is always appreciated.

Plus, the noise insulation could have been better as we were kept up early in the morning due to water pipes.

Staying in this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, as it is close to all major attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet square with lots of trees. The room was well-appointed and had a fantastic view from the window. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast at the sister hotel was delicious and offered a great variety. we had a fantastic experience!

There was a slight issue with the bathroom clogging during our stay, but the staff were quick and responsive in fixing it.

The location on Santa Cruz square is perfect - it's quiet and peaceful, yet still close to all the main attractions. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms with a terrace are a must-see, offering a view of the plaza from the covered plastic covers. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which is simply delicious!
