The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The villa itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a beautiful pool and outdoor area. The breakfast provided by the staff was delicious and served at our convenience. We also appreciated the convenient airport pick-up and drop-off service.

The bedroom was a bit small for two people and didn't have much room for luggage. the location of the TV in the bedroom was inconvenient, as we would have preferred to watch it in the larger living room.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The villa was beautiful, with big bedrooms, a massive living space, and an amazing pool. The staff went above and beyond, making our breakfast and even setting our table. The location was convenient, close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the daily housekeeping kept everything spotless. We loved having breakfast cooked fresh in the villa and the water dispenser was a great bonus. a great value with comfortable beds and friendly staff.

The location was perfect, with a quiet street and rice paddies nearby, yet only a short walk to the fantastic restaurants in Petitenget. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service. we had an awesome experience and would definitely recommend Sandi Agung Villa.
