The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They were attentive and took good care of their guests. the location was excellent, right in the center of town but still felt quiet and peaceful. Plus, being able to refill our water bottles for free was a great eco-friendly initiative.

The rooms could use some improvement. the curtains didn't cover all the windows, making it very bright in the morning.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the center of town. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops just steps away. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests with airport transfers and early check-ins. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the pool is clean and inviting. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety of options, including muesli bowls, pancakes, and salads.

The walls of some rooms have moisture damage and peeling paint.

We had an amazing stay at a lovely house in the center of Ubud. the house had a beautiful garden with colorful bougainvillea and a refreshing swimming pool. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. the breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh fruit and different cooked options each day. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area on foot. the staff and owners were friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout our stay. the option to refill water bottles for free was a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch.

the location of the homestay is amazing, right beside some great cafes and yoga studios. Despite being just off a busy road, it's tucked away so it's quiet and peaceful. the rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. the staff are lovely and incredibly helpful, even staying up late to check me in and assisting with my bags. the wifi is reliable and there's even a small balcony to enjoy. I had a fantastic experience at Satya House.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The location was fantastic, right in the center of everything, but still peaceful and quiet. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful garden area and a clean and inviting pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even organizing my airport pick up and allowing me to check in early. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the value for money I got here was beyond incredible.
