As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was within walking distance to Stara Louka and the stunning streets of the city. The nearby Ristorante-Pizzeria Palermo, rated as the #1 restaurant in town, was just a quick walk away. The hotel itself had a pleasant ambiance with accommodating staff and clean rooms. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options, and the coffee was fantastic. The spa treatments, especially the Swedish massages, were truly amazing.

Few people using facilities. Whirlpool outstanding. Very clean. Comfortable. Flavoured water available. Nice communal spaces. Nice breakfast buffet. Great swimming pool and massages. Had a memorable Thanksgiving stay in a beautiful and grand hotel at the heart of town. Location was perfect, with a lot of shopping, dining and sightseeing destinations within walking distance. the hotel's style was impressive, complemented by a stunning indoor pool and sauna that helped us relax and escape the winter chills. We also loved the refreshing complimentary drinks served at the hotel's Grand Café.

The hotel's gym was limited to a few machines, and our room lacked a coffee machine or a tea pot. the hotel may need to improve on bathroom cleanliness and maintainence.
